Data Protection Information
We hereby inform you pursuant to Art. 13, 14 GDPR about which data we collect and process from you for what purpose within the framework of email communication. When contacting by email, the personal data transmitted with the email is stored. Insofar as this concerns information about communication channels (for example, email address, telephone number), you also consent to us contacting you via this communication channel if necessary to respond to your request. In this context, no data is passed on to third parties. The data is used exclusively for processing the conversation. The legal basis for processing the data transmitted in the course of sending an email is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR. If the email contact aims at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR. The data from your email inquiries will of course be used exclusively for the purpose for which you provide it to us when contacting us. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for achieving the purpose of its collection. For the personal data sent by email, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user is ended. The conversation is ended when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter concerned has been conclusively clarified. If the email contact aims at the execution of a contract, the data will be deleted after the expiration of the legally required (commercial or tax law) retention periods. You have the right to request information from us at any time about the personal data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR). This also concerns the recipients or categories of recipients to whom this data is passed on and the purpose of storage. In addition, you have the right, under the conditions of Art. 16 GDPR, to request correction and/or under the conditions of Art. 17 GDPR to request deletion and/or under the conditions of Art. 18 GDPR to request restriction of processing. Furthermore, you can request data transfer at any time under the conditions of Art. 20 GDPR. In the case of processing personal data for the purpose of legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR), you can object to the processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future. In the event of objection, we must cease any further processing of your data for the aforementioned purposes unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing is necessary for the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Please send all information requests, inquiries, revocations, or objections regarding data processing by email or via fax/post to the responsible party Familie Probst GmbH & Co. KG, Sorgschrofenstr. 2, 87541 Unterjoch/Bad Hindelang, info@krone-unterjoch.de. For more information, we refer to the full text of the GDPR. Furthermore, you have the option to complain to the competent supervisory authority about data protection matters.
