The holiday apartments Unterjoch are between 50 m and 350 m from the hotel grounds, in the annex. Including laundry, final cleaning and all hotel service benefits (except the daily room service).
Hotel service benefits
You receive the breakfast buffet and the 4-course menu of the pampering half-board at the hotel. All hotel service benefits including the panorama adventure pool & sauna area at the hotel, laundry service and final cleaning are included in the price. Only the daily cleaning service is excluded here (this can be booked additionally on certain days), otherwise everything is as in the hotel.

When booking a 2- or 3-room category with only 3 people, an empty bed surcharge of € 10 to € 30 applies.

More Information
Holiday Apartments
There are twenty beautiful, cozy 1-, 2-, 3- or 4-room holiday apartments in the annex spread across six different apartment buildings and a well-maintained farmhouse, all located between 50 and 650 meters from the hotel complex. These are not owned by us but are rented by us as needed.
The "Unterjoch" holiday apartments offer a lower standard of furnishings and are correspondingly cheaper. You receive the breakfast buffet and the 4-course menu of the half-board at the hotel. All hotel services including the panoramic adventure pool and sauna area in the hotel are included in the prices. Only the daily cleaning service is not included here (can be booked on certain days: €18), otherwise everything is like in the hotel.

Allergy-friendly
All apartments and rooms in the hotel complex are allergy-friendly and free of house dust mites! The Unterjoch holiday apartments are mostly allergy-friendly; we ask you to explicitly mention this when booking, as last-minute changes are often no longer possible. We have had the allergy certificate for 15 years and since 2018 membership in the German Spa Association.
Wheelchair accessible and disability-friendly
We offer four wheelchair-accessible apartments, three in the hotel, one about 80 m from the hotel, all on the ground floor. Electrically adjustable care beds/bed frames and other aids can be rented for an additional charge.
Accommodations for large families
We also have large 3- and 4-room apartments for up to 7 people, with babies and toddlers up to 8 people. Early booking is recommended as these apartments are very popular. Feel free to inquire at our hotel.
Pets
Your pets are allowed in certain rooms and apartments, but they are not allowed to accompany you into the restaurant.
