When should you be there?

Morning courses at 9:30 am

• Applies to group and private courses
• Course time 9:30 am - 12:15 pm

Afternoon courses at 1:30 pm

• Applies to private courses in the afternoon
• Course time 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Tip: Arrive on time but not too early. Especially with children, motivation can be lost if waiting too long and they may get cold.

Arrival and Meeting Points

All meeting points are located at the practice area – about 150 m before the Sonnenhang lifts.

There are different meeting points depending on the course and level:

• Meeting point children beginners: Green sign "Children Beginners"
• Meeting point children advanced: Blue sign "Children Advanced"
• Meeting point children experts/proficient: Red sign "Children Experts"
• Meeting point adults: Sign "Adults"
• Meeting point snowboard: Sign "Snowboard"
• Meeting point private course: Sign "Private Courses"

For multi-day courses, the meeting points for the following days will be announced by the ski instructor on the first day. For experts, it is possible that the course will take place at the Spieserlifts starting Tuesday. In this case, you will be informed in time by the responsible ski instructor.

What do you need to consider?

Ski Pass

• To use all facilities including the practice area (magic carpet, rope tow, carousel) you need a ski pass. Please get the ski pass before the start of the lessons.
• Bad Hindelang PLUS card: If you have a Bad Hindelang Plus card, you can use it directly as a ski pass.
• Points of sale: Ski passes are available directly at the ticket office of the Sonnenhanglift or the Spieserlift.

Group division and wish to be in a group together with friends

Children and teenagers

• Beginners are divided by age
• Advanced, skilled or experts: On the first day of the course, there is a short trial run. The division is based on skill level and age.

Adults

• The division is made by arrangement and skill level. Our ski instructors will be happy to advise you to find the right group.

Together with friends or siblings in one group

• Beginners in children and youth courses and adults: Indicate your wish to be in a group together with someone directly to the divider.
• Advanced/skilled/experts in children and youth courses: Line up one behind the other during the trial run. The first in line informs the divider that he belongs together with the next. We try to fulfill your wishes as best as possible. In case of different skill levels or age differences, the child with the higher level of the group is assigned to the lower level.

Group change during the course

If you feel that your group does not match your skill level, please talk to your ski instructor. After consultation with the dividers, we will find a suitable group for you.

Ski school race

The ski school race for children usually takes place on Fridays and is integrated into the regular course. You will be informed on site in good time about weather-related changes as well as the exact location and time of the award ceremony.

Cancellation Conditions

• Group courses: Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the course starts.
• Private courses: Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the course starts.

If the cancellation is made later, a 100% cancellation fee applies.

In case of course cancellation or interruption by Skischule Iseler due to force majeure (e.g. lack of snow or weather-related), the course fees will be refunded accordingly.
