What do you need to consider?

Skipass

The use of all facilities is included in your Bad Hindelang PLUS card. This applies both to the Sonnenhang lift with ski children's area and the Spieser lifts. You can use the card directly as a skipass. No redemption at the ticket counter is required.

Group Assignment and Request to be Together with Friends in One Group

Children and Youth

• Beginners are assigned by age
• Advanced, skilled or experts: On the first day of the course, a short trial run takes place. Assignment is based on skill level and age.

Adults

• Assignment is made by consultation and skill level. Our ski instructors will gladly advise you to find the right group.

Together with Friends or Siblings in One Group

Give your request to be in a group together with someone directly on the first day at 9:15 am to the assigner. We will try to fulfill your wishes as best as possible. In case of different skill levels or age differences, the child with the higher level will be assigned to the group with the lower level.

Group Change During the Course

If you feel that your group does not match your skill level, please talk to your ski instructor. After consultation with the assigners, we will find a suitable group for you.

Extend course

Courses can be extended if there are enough participants and availability. This is only possible after telephone arrangement with the ski school office at +49 8324 7218. If you have booked at least 3 days, you will receive each additional extension day at a discounted price.

Pause one day and catch up?

Multi-day course

The booked course days must be completed consecutively. If a day is paused or skipped, it cannot be made up.

Ski school race

The ski school race for children usually takes place on Fridays and is integrated into the regular course. If weather-related changes are necessary, you will be informed on site in good time. The award ceremony takes place immediately after the ski course.

Notes for parents

• Please bring the Bad Hindelang PLUS card to the course daily.
• Take the children to the toilet before the meeting point in the morning.
• After the first course day, each group receives a fixed meeting point. Clarify with the ski instructor where your child will meet the group the next day.
• The ski equipment is only returned at the end of the course. It is stored every day with us in the ski school hut on the slope.
• Please, if your child has received a children's vest, return it to the respective ski instructor at the end of the course.

Equipment recommendations

Good preparation is the key to success on the slopes. Here are our recommendations for the right equipment:

• Ski helmet (strongly recommended)
• Gloves (strongly recommended, even in warm temperatures)
• Back protector (recommended)
• Ski or sunglasses
• Sunscreen
• Suitable shoes
• Prepared skis or snowboards (correct length)
• Correct binding adjustment

Cancellation Conditions

• Group Courses: Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the course starts.
• Private Courses: Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the course starts.

If the cancellation is made later, a 100% cancellation fee applies.

In case of course cancellation or interruption by the Iseler ski school due to force majeure (e.g. due to lack of snow or weather conditions), the course fees will be refunded accordingly.
